Returns Policy

In order to uphold the excellent conduct from PERFORMANCE BOX SUPPLEMENTS LTD our guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.

2. Contact Customer Services at: enquiries@performanceboxsuppliments.co.uk  who will provide you with freepost return address providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above. If postage paid by customers, they cannot be refunded as we have freepost system where no postage is required.

3. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

FAULTY ORDERS

If your product is still sealed and in the same condition, it’s every bit as simple as our typical returns.
